What we collect
- Name, surname, phone number and, if you want, an email address, to create your account and contact you about your order.
- Your orders: items, amount, delivery window and payment status.
- Your delivery address and, only if you choose to share it, your location so the rider can find you. Sharing is optional.
- The payment method and any reference you give us. The site processes no payments and collects no card details.
There are no third-party trackers, advertising or analytics on this site.
Why
To prepare and deliver your order, record payment, and contact you if needed. The legal basis is performance of the contract created by your order.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. Orders are kept as a record of sales. Login sessions expire and are deleted after 30 days.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the rider bringing your order, and only what the delivery needs (name, phone, address). We do not sell data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, just contact us. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies
One cookie: the session cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner.
