Seller details
Arya Market runs the shop and is the seller of the goods.
The full business details (VAT number and registered address) will appear here once the shop is registered.
How to place an order
Choose your products from the shop and place your order. Until the shop confirms it and no payment has been recorded, you can edit or cancel it from the order page; after confirmation, contact us to change it.
Prices
Prices are in euro and include applicable taxes. The final amount is the one shown when you place the order.
Payment
For delivery on the same day you can pay the rider in cash on delivery. For delivery on another day, you pay on the day you order, by Revolut or bank transfer: after ordering, you message the shop's support on Telegram and we send you the payment link. The site shows no payment details and takes no online card payments. The order is final only once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is in Turin, on the day and in the time window you choose when you order. The delivery fee is shown before you confirm. If a delivery cannot be made, the shop will contact you.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to ready meals, fresh products or anything that deteriorates quickly, nor to sealed packs opened after delivery for hygiene reasons (art. 59(1)(d)–(e), Italian Consumer Code). For other packaged, unopened products you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery by telling us; the product must be returned intact in its original packaging and the return cost is yours. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us the same day.
Privacy
Your data on this site is protected. You can see it from your own account, and within the shop only the staff who prepare and deliver orders can see it, and only to do that.
What we collect
- Name, surname, phone number and email, to create your account, send you the order and contact you about it; and a profile photo, if you add one.
- Your orders: items, amount, delivery window and payment status.
- The delivery address you type. You may also mark the delivery point on the map to help the rider; that part is optional.
- The payment method, and the photo or file of a receipt you upload on the order page. The site processes no payments and collects no card details.
There are no third-party trackers, advertising or analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. Orders are kept as a sales record. If you don't sign in for a month you are simply signed out and asked for your password again, your account and orders stay.
Who we share it with
Only with those needed to fulfil your order, and only for that: the courier who delivers it (name, phone, address); Brevo, which sends the order and account emails (name and email); Cloudflare and the server hosting the site, through which every request passes (IP address); and OpenStreetMap, which shows the map for choosing your delivery point (your IP address when you open the map) and finds the address you type into the map search (only the address text, sent from our server without your IP). Your data is not sold or handed to anyone for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Just message us.
Cookies
Only necessary cookies: one that keeps you signed in so you don't retype your password, and a few-seconds one to show an error message. Your basket is kept in your own browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Which law applies
Italian law. Any right Italian law gives you as a buyer stands; nothing on this page reduces it.
